"The LEAD year has pushed me outside my comfort zone,
increasing my trust & understanding of God"

LEAD - INTERNSHIP

A leadership development year with WBC

Introduction
Part of our vision as WBC is to raise up and release leaders who have a heart and a vision for the Kingdom of God. This leadership year is about the church investing in potential leaders who are hungry for God, who want to grow in Christ and be all they can be for Him.

We recognise leadership takes a wide variety of formats and we want to prepare people for the calling and context God has for them, whether that be in the workplace, overseas, in church etc. We want to invest in people to help them grow in character, competency and calling, equipping leaders to serve God in the next stage of their journey.
"The Lead year has pushed me outside my comfort zone, increasing my trust and understanding of God. I’ve found so much joy and challenge in serving others I can’t help but feel an increased love for God and the work He does. As my confidence and openness grows through this I can’t wait to see where else it will take me and the things God is yet to do."
